Kefalonia Wine Hub 2025 is the fourth year of the open conference organized by Antheia Kotsi for the Kefalonia Winemakers. This year's theme was Water Shortage.  Renowned professionals from Spain, Israel and Greece were speakers to the event, specifically, viticulture director Mauro Sirvent and oenologist Martí Roig of Torres Winery, winemaker Italy Lahat, Agronomist Stergios Giannos, and Academic Fellow of the Department of Food Science and Technology at the Ionian University Mr. Argyrios Gerakis.

Important winemakers, professors, and agronomists from Greece, Spain, and Cyprus also spoke on a video by Anthea Kotsi on the issue of drought.
