Lemnos Philema | 2nd Hub
During the 6th Lemnos Philema Gastronomy and Wine Festival, the 2nd Lemnos Philema HUB took place with its theme being Culture and Gastronomy.
It consisted of:
Talks by celebrity chef Ilias Mamalakis and food journalist Eleni Psixouli who spoke about gastronomic traditions and their importance in culture, while archeologist Stella Poimenidou spoke about the food ingredients in ancient Lemnos.
2nd Lemnos Philema Awards where two awards were given to people who have contributed to the continuation of culture and gastronomy in Lemnos.
Collaboration with ten cultural associations in Lemnos that each brought a local dish for the audience to try.
The night ended with traditional dances by the Cultural Association of Moudros.
