A collaboration between Lemnos Philema and the five star hotel, Makedonia Palace, where for three days the restaurant of the hotel, Salonica Restaurant, run by one of the best chefs in Greece, Sotiris Evaggelou, hosted a "Lemnos Philema menu", consisting of Lemnian dishes and products. 

The wine list was also exclusively with Lemnian wines.
