Organized a professional gastronomy and wine seminar with talks by one of the best chefs in Greece, Sotiris Evaggelou, and sommelier, sommelier trainer, and hotel and restaurant consultant George Lukas. The seminar was aimed towards the restaurateurs and hotel owners of Limnos.
